- Live means read from your books rather than retyped by hand, and it is worth knowing what sets the freshness: the dashboard reads QuickBooks when you open it, but how current the underlying books are is your close cadence, which is monthly on Core, weekly on Advisory and inside 48 hours on Executive.
- A dashboard cannot be fresher than the books behind it, and any firm telling you otherwise is showing you a chart, not your business.
- The portal needs your QuickBooks connected before it shows your own figures, and until then it is honest about showing examples.
- And custom apps are included from Advisory up; on Core you get the portal and the dashboards, which is already the part most owners have never had.
