WAYG is an acronym and a question. Five questions, really, and one answer. Every question that matters about your money starts with one of five words.
I built WAYG so an owner never has to run their business on a guess again.
Returns are prepared and signed in house by an IRS registered tax preparer. Rafael is an IRS PTIN holder and his Enrolled Agent credential is in progress. Representation before the IRS, and work that has to carry a CPA signature, is coordinated through contracted Enrolled Agents and CPAs under a signed engagement letter, at your request.
What are your goals?
Every engagement here starts with this question, asked out loud on your first call. Not revenue targets we invent for you, your actual goals: the truck, the second location, the year you stop working weekends. The work only makes sense pointed at something.
A firm built around one question
WAYG is an accounting, tax, and advisory firm in Coral Gables, Florida, built in 2026 on twelve years of practice. We work in English and in Spanish, for owner operated businesses in all fifty states, and every relationship starts the same way: we ask about your goals before we ever open your books.
Because the answer changes everything. The owner saving for a second location needs different moves than the owner planning an exit. We listen first, and the plan comes from what you said, not from a template.
Why are you guessing?
Most owners see their real numbers once a year, in April, when nothing can be changed. In between, decisions get made from memory and the bank balance. Books that close every month end the guessing, and the anxiety that rides with it.

The name is the vision. WAYG began in 2021 as an idea about helping people reach their goals, and it became an accounting firm because money is where most goals live or die. The letters ask where you are going; everything we build exists to answer it.
From a question to a firm
Our founder spent over a decade in a Miami tax practice watching the same story repeat: owners profitable on paper and anxious every April, because their numbers arrived too late to act on. WAYG began in 2021 as an idea about helping people reach their goals, and became a firm in 2026 because money is where most goals live or die.
The why has never changed: no owner should have to run their business on a guess. Every tool we build and every call we take exists to end that.
Who advises your growth?
