Who does your work
- Returns are prepared and signed in house by an IRS registered tax preparer. Representation before the IRS is coordinated through contracted Enrolled Agents and CPAs under a signed engagement letter, at your request.
- Your file stays with the preparer who signs it. What we will not guarantee is an outcome, because nobody honestly can, and anyone promising you one is selling something.
Accuracy guarantee
- If we make an error on a return we prepared and filed, we fix it free: the amendment, and any IRS penalties and interest caused by our error. Backed by our professional liability coverage.
- Audit support and identity theft restoration are available on every return through an independent protection partner. WAYG does not provide the representation itself.
