Books closed on schedule. Every month.
We reconcile every account, categorize every transaction, and close the month, so your P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow are ready when you need them, not weeks late.

Profit & Loss
Closed · Day 12 / 15- Revenue$348,210
- Cost of goods sold($142,880)
- Gross profit$205,330
- Operating expenses($118,440)
- Net income$86,890
Everything in the fee, covered.
No add-ons and no surprise hourly invoices. If it is on this list, it is included.
- A real monthly close, not a running total. Every bank, credit card and merchant account reconciled, then the month locked and signed off, so the number you look at in March does not quietly change in May.
- Closed by the 15th at the latest on Core. Advisory moves you to weekly, so the numbers are fresh every Monday. Executive closes inside 48 hours, because at that size decisions cannot wait for a month end.
- A chart of accounts set up and then kept clean. Most books we inherit are not wrong so much as unreadable, and a tidy chart is what makes every report after it worth reading.
- Transactions categorized by someone who knows your industry, so job costs, owner draws and personal spending end up where they belong instead of in a catch-all bucket called Ask My Accountant.
- P&L, balance sheet and cash flow every month, plus a year end package your tax preparer can work straight from. Since we do your tax too, that handoff is internal and nothing gets asked twice.
- 1099 preparation and filing, up to 10 contractors on Core, so January is not a scramble to find addresses and totals.
- Your QuickBooks Online subscription managed and paid for by us on Core and above, on our account, so it is one less bill and one less renewal to think about.
- One bookkeeper who owns your file and whose name you know. Not a queue, and not a different person each month asking questions you already answered.
What the fee covers, and what is not.
- The close cadence is what you are actually buying, and it is set by your plan: monthly on Core, weekly on Advisory, inside 48 hours on Executive.
- If a faster cadence is what you need, that is a plan change and we will say so rather than quietly running behind.
- And if your books arrive behind, catch up work is quoted separately as one time work before anything starts, because rebuilding two years of history is a different job from keeping this year current.
- We would rather show you that number up front than bury it in a monthly fee.
Three steps, and you know the price before step three.
-
01
We read your file first
Your books, your prior returns and what has actually been filed. Nobody quotes you a number before seeing what is really there.
-
02
You get the number in writing
Scope and price agreed before any work starts, so there is no second invoice arriving later with a surprise on it.
-
03
The work happens where you can see it
Progress, documents and the finished result live in your portal, not buried in an email thread you have to search.
One firm, one fee, no surprises.
- Founders past $250k revenue
- Multi-entity owners
- QuickBooks cleanup projects
- Switching from Bench or a local CPA
What changes after you switch.
- Day 15
- Monthly close on Core, weekly on Advisory
- 100%
- Accounts reconciled before sign-off
- 1 firm
- Books, tax, and advisory under one roof
We do this daily for restaurants, e-commerce brands, and real estate investors. Often searched as catch-up bookkeeping.
