Your 1040, done by someone who knows the business behind it.
Most owners have their business return done in one place and their personal return somewhere else, and the two never talk. We do both, so the K-1, the owner draws and the estimates line up instead of contradicting each other.
No plan needed. We confirm the number in writing before any work begins.

- GA estimate (Q2)$3,460
- Safe-harbor coverageOn track
Everything in the fee, covered.
No add-ons and no surprise hourly invoices. If it is on this list, it is included.
- Your federal and state 1040, prepared and signed in house by an IRS registered tax preparer.
- The K-1 from your own entity carried across correctly, which is the single most common place a split between two firms costs an owner real money.
- Schedule C and 1099 income, handled without treating your business like a hobby.
- Rental property, including depreciation carried forward properly year to year rather than restarted by whoever filed last.
- Crypto and capital gains, reconciled from the actual statements instead of a summary somebody typed.
- Quarterly estimates and a safe harbour projection, so April is a confirmation rather than a discovery.
- One owner personal return included on Core alongside the business return, because for an owner those two are one decision.
- Multi-state filing where you have moved, sold or earned somewhere new, on Advisory.
What the fee covers, and what is not.
Available as one off project work, not only inside a monthly plan. Quoted in writing before anything starts.
- On a plan, Core includes one owner personal return alongside the business return.
- As one time work a personal return starts at $250, with a 1099 or Schedule C at $150, rental property at $100 each and crypto or capital gains at $150, and the exact number is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
- Additional owners and additional states are quoted the same way.
- We prepare and sign returns as an IRS registered preparer, we are not a CPA firm, and if your situation needs representation before the IRS that work goes to an Enrolled Agent under a Form 2848.
- We do not promise a refund, because your numbers decide that and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
Three steps, and you know the price before step three.

We read your file first
Your books, your prior returns and what has actually been filed. Nobody quotes you a number before seeing what is really there.
-
02
You get the number in writing
Scope and price agreed before any work starts, so there is no second invoice arriving later with a surprise on it.
-
03
The work happens where you can see it
Progress, documents and the finished result live in your portal, not buried in an email thread you have to search.
