Set the entity up right the first time.
LLC and corporation formation, EIN, S corp election, and the structure analysis that shows you which setup fits your actual numbers. We handle the filings and the tax work, and we coordinate the legal documents through licensed counsel.
No plan needed. We confirm the number in writing before any work begins.

- LLC and corporation formation in Florida or any state, including the articles and the filing confirmation. The state filing fee is billed at cost and we give you the receipt.
- EIN application with the IRS, plus the state tax accounts you need to run payroll or collect sales tax.
- Entity structure analysis that compares sole proprietor, LLC, S corp, and C corp against your real numbers before you commit. That is tax analysis. If a question turns legal, we bring in counsel rather than guess.
- S corp election on Form 2553, prepared by us and signed by you as officer with the shareholder consents, filed on time or with a late election relief request under Rev. Proc. 2013-30 when the deadline has already passed. Relief has eligibility and reasonable cause requirements and the IRS decides whether to grant it.
- Operating agreements, bylaws, and buy sell provisions coordinated through licensed counsel, since those are legal documents and we do not draft them.
- Registered agent service, white labeled through a national provider under our management, so you have a real address on file and nothing gets missed.
- Foreign qualification and state registrations when you start doing business outside your home state.
- Dissolutions, conversions, and multi entity structures for real estate holdings and holding company setups.
What the fee covers, and what is not.
Available as one off project work, not only inside a monthly plan. Quoted in writing before anything starts.
- WAYG prepares and delivers the formation filings, the EIN application, the state tax registrations, and the Form 2553 S corp election in house.
- Form 2553 is prepared by us and signed by the corporate officer with the required shareholder consents, since the form carries no paid preparer signature.
- Where the election deadline has passed we prepare and file the late election relief request under Rev. Proc. 2013-30, and acceptance is the IRS's decision.
- State filing fees are passed through at cost.
- Operating agreements and other legal documents are coordinated through licensed counsel, and registered agent service is provided through a national provider under our management.
- Nothing on this page involves IRS representation, so no partner network engagement is required.
Three steps, and you know the price before step three.

01
We read your file first
Your books, your prior returns and what has actually been filed. Nobody quotes you a number before seeing what is really there.
-
02
You get the number in writing
Scope and price agreed before any work starts, so there is no second invoice arriving later with a surprise on it.
-
03
The work happens where you can see it
Progress, documents and the finished result live in your portal, not buried in an email thread you have to search.
