The return is the receipt. The decisions come first.
S corporation, C corporation, partnership and LLC returns, prepared and signed in house by an IRS registered tax preparer. By the time we file, the position has already been decided with you, not discovered afterwards.
No plan needed. We confirm the number in writing before any work begins.
Estimated Payments
Federal + 3 states- YTD taxable income$412,500
- Federal estimate (Q2)$24,180
- FL · no state income tax$0
- GA estimate (Q2)$3,460
- Safe-harbor coverageOn track
Everything in the fee, covered.
No add-ons and no surprise hourly invoices. If it is on this list, it is included.
- Federal and state returns for the entity: 1120-S, 1120, 1065 or a single member LLC on your personal return, whichever your election actually is rather than whichever one someone assumed.
- Your K-1 prepared and carried straight onto your personal return, because the two are one decision and splitting them across two firms is where owners lose money.
- The owner compensation split reviewed properly. For an S corporation this is the biggest lever you have, and a round number picked years ago is usually costing something.
- Quarterly estimated payments for the entity and for you, worked from the real numbers in your books rather than last year's total divided by four.
- Depreciation, Section 179 and bonus decisions made before the year closes, when they can still change the answer.
- One entity, federal and state, included on Core. Advisory covers up to three entities and multi-state filing, which is usually where owners find out they had an obligation somewhere they did not expect.
- Books and tax under one roof, so nobody asks you for the same document twice and there is no handoff to lose things in.
What the fee covers, and what is not.
Available as one off project work, not only inside a monthly plan. Quoted in writing before anything starts.
- What is covered is set by your plan and worth reading before you assume: one entity federal and state on Core, up to three entities and multi-state on Advisory.
- Extra entities, extra states and extra owners are quoted in writing before anything is filed, so nobody meets a second invoice in April.
- As one time work a business return starts at $1,200 and an LLC return at $800, quoted after we see what you actually have.
- We prepare and sign returns as an IRS registered preparer.
- We are not a CPA firm and we do not perform audits or reviews; where a lender needs a compilation it is issued by a licensed CPA in our contracted network, and where a case needs representation before the IRS it goes to an Enrolled Agent under a Form 2848.
- We will always tell you which part is ours.
Three steps, and you know the price before step three.

You get the number in writing
