The Collective alternative for owners who outgrow businesses of one.
Collective is good at what it is built for: one owner, no employees, automated books, S corp savings. WAYG is what comes next. A named accounting team for companies with payroll, entities, and real decisions, at published prices, in English y Español.

Five signs you have outgrown it.
You hired your first employee
Payroll, workers comp, and employer filings change the job from automation to judgment.
A second owner or a second entity arrived
Partnerships and multi-entity groups need returns and books that talk to each other.
Inventory, jobs, or locations entered the picture
Automated categorization stops being enough when profit lives in the details.
A lender asked for financials
Loan packages need closed, reconciled statements someone will stand behind.
You want one team that knows your file
Not a different name in the inbox each time, a team that answers by name within hours.
A two-week project, not a leap.
We read first
Send last year’s return and your latest close. We tell you in writing what we would do differently, before any commitment.
The price in writing
If the books are behind, catch-up is quoted in writing from $2,500 per year behind. No surprise invoices, ever.
The trial runs on your real books
14 days, no card. We close a real month and you keep the work whether or not you stay.
Pay once, or make it monthly.
from $250
One-time work at published prices: personal returns from $250, LLC returns from $800, catch-up bookkeeping quoted in writing.
from $1,549 /mo
Bookkeeping and taxes together: books closed by the 15th and returns filed by the same team, one monthly fee.
The monthly plans: Core $1,549 · Advisory $3,950 with a weekly close · Executive $7,950 closing every 48 hours.
The switch, asked plainly.
Is WAYG a good alternative to Collective?+
It depends on the business. Collective is built for businesses of one: a single owner, automated bookkeeping, and S corp tax savings. WAYG is built for owner-operated companies that have grown past that: employees on payroll, more than one entity or owner, inventory or jobs, and an owner who wants a named team rather than a support inbox. If you are a true business of one on a tight budget, Collective fits. If you have outgrown it, that is exactly who WAYG serves.
How is WAYG different from Collective?+
Three structural differences. First, scope: WAYG serves companies with employees, multiple owners, and multiple entities, not only businesses of one. Second, the model: every WAYG plan comes with a named team that closes your books by a stated deadline, answers in English or Spanish, and files your taxes, with the owner return included rather than sold as an add-on. Third, pricing: every WAYG price is published, including one-time work, so you know the number before you call.
Can WAYG take over my S corp mid-year?+
Yes. We request access to your books and payroll, read what is there, and give you a written plan with a written price before any work starts. If the books are behind, catch-up bookkeeping is quoted in writing, from $2,500 per year behind. The 14-day free trial runs on your real books, no card, and you keep the closed month either way.
What does switching cost?+
The trial is free for 14 days with no card. If you join, plans start at $1,549 a month with bookkeeping, the business return, the owner return, and payroll for 2 employees and 2 contractors included. If your books need catch-up first, that is quoted in writing before we begin, from $2,500 per year behind. There is no onboarding fee.
Does WAYG work with multi-member LLCs and partnerships?+
Yes. Partnerships (Form 1065), S corporations (1120-S), C corporations (1120), and multi-entity groups are core work at WAYG. One-time business returns start at $800 for an LLC and $1,200 for corporations and partnerships, and the monthly plans carry one entity on Core and up to three on Advisory.
